Guide-Line is a confidential telephone support service which offers mental health advice and information between 12pm and 12am every day. Lines are open to anyone of any age who feels in need of help or who is worried about a loved one. It is not a counselling or therapy service but speaking to one of our workers could help you stay well, build resilience and find out what support is available locally. All calls are confidential unless we feel there is an immediate risk to you or someone else. Polish, Urdu, Gujarati and Punjabi speakers can be requested.
